Their real-world AML experience and accredited certifications are invaluable in understanding the everyday challenges encountered by our customers.

Claire Rees, Financial Crime Regulatory Specialist has over 21 year's experience working in Risk Management roles in financial services, 17 years of which were spent specialising in Financial Crime Prevention in a number of senior roles including most recently as Head of Fraud and AML with a mortgage lender and service provider. Claire has participated in a number of regulatory and industry Financial Crime panels including a Government AML advisory panel and the CIFAS Insider Threat Advisory Board which explored ever-changing insider fraud threats. 

Colin Dixon, AML Solutions Specialist and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) is an expert in financial crime technology and has been guiding the product and engineering teams at Jade ThirdEye since its inception in 2012. He has helped scores of reporting entities across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK enhance their AML/CFT programmes with transaction monitoring, customer screening and regulatory reporting tools.

Jamie Muir, Head of Customer Success and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) has a deep understanding of AML principles, regulations, and practices having spent the past 9 years working at Jade ThirdEye in a number of customer-facing roles across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. During this time, he has been instrumental in assisting clients with transaction monitoring rules, establishing best practice procedures for customer screening against watchlists, and ensuring clients' compliance requirements are met, offering them peace of mind. 

Jonathan Woolley, Jade ThirdEye Project and Technical Lead, has been with Jade Software since 2016. He began his journey in the support team and, over the years, has been involved in nearly every aspect of the Customer Success process. In his current role, he helps develop processes and oversees all Jade ThirdEye implementations and projects, while also assisting with the presales process. Jonathan earned his CAMs certification in May 2022.
